CIRCUIT ITALIA
 

Circuit Italia is located in Balickera near Newcastle in NSW.  Design & master-planning for a motorsport facility was undertaken, relocating the complex to within the hairpin of the circuit before the main pit-straight.  This improved the flexibility of use of pit-straight event space.  The location and planning of the complex also provided a ground level that is more engaged with the circuit, allowing patrons to be surrounded by cars and friends while avoiding the need to proceed to the upper level to view the track.  The complex comprises of a lounge, parc-ferme,  refreshments, ablution facilities, vehicle storage, offices, services areas, and workshop for tire changes.
