VILLA VISTA
MIDGE POINT, whitsundays
With a design referencing the surrounding cascading rocks and hills, Villa Vista sits atop Mount Vista in Bloomsbury with 360° views overlooking the Whitsunday Islands, Midge Point, Swizet Creek, the local airfield, and Coastlines North to South. The plan consists of an E-W corridor, connecting the house, viewing the sunrise and sunset between the pod-like rooms.
The house has 3 stages of construction from a 4-bedroom private residence to an 8-room family manner, later expanding to a revenue raising 16-room events venue. This is part of our ‘future proofing’ ethos.
This project is part of a broader regional development and will commence construction when further milestones are met.
